Most of the staff are either graduates of Leeds Universities or live in the area. We have a prominent shop in a very visible location and due to our online nature can be contacted 24/7 365 days a year by email.
We have a growing portfolio of student houses in all areas associated with the three main universities in Leeds.
With so much choice for students today, we aim to only offer the best accommodation available and work hard to maintain the general upkeep of each property.
With many years collective experience our team is trained to handle each enquiry individually, to ask questions and find out exactly what the tenant is looking for. We don't like doing viewings for the sake of them and we’re certain that house hunting tenants would rather not have their time wasted.

Our in house maintenance team is set up to deal with issues promptly as we know a minor issue can soon be a major issue if not dealt with correctly.
